We cover Lincoln, all of Lancaster County, and the towns around it. There is no travel charge anywhere in our service area and the estimate is free. Each town has its own page because the crawl space problem in Ashland is genuinely not the crawl space problem in Hickman.
Lincoln and Lancaster County
Lincoln itself is the core of our work, from the older housing in the Near South, Everett, University Place, Havelock and College View through to the newer development out past Yankee Hill Road and Wilderness Hills. Older Lincoln neighborhoods carry the crawl space problems you would expect from housing of that age: bare soil floors, block foundations with tired mortar, foundation vents that lost their screens decades ago, and wet fiberglass hanging out of the joists.
The rest of Lancaster County, including Waverly, Hickman, Bennet, Firth, Roca, Denton, Malcolm, Panama, Sprague, Raymond, Davey, Hallam and Walton, is covered at no extra charge.

An honest note on distance
Gretna, Papillion and Valley are in the Omaha metro rather than the Lincoln one. Papillion is roughly 47 miles out and Valley is around 60. We serve them and we do not charge for the drive, but we are coming from Lincoln, and for an emergency an Omaha contractor will be there sooner. We say the same thing on each of those pages.
